Q:   I have a Mac and I can't hear the Ice Man's (or Dollar Man's) recordings. What can I do?

A:    If you can hear other sounds from your speakers (music, news, etc.from other sites, you may need a plug-in. Here's a link for a free Mac plug-in.

Q:   I upgraded FireFox, and now I can't hear the audio on your (or other) sites. How do I fix this?

A:   You probably need a FireFox plug-in. If that's the case, the fix is easy.

      Click here. This will take you to plug-in page at the FireFox site. Once there, click the big green button that says "Add to FireFox." After you clcik it, a small window will open. In that window, click the "Install now" button. This will make the plug-in will install. You will then be asked if you want to restart FireFox to make it work. CHoose Yes, and that should do it.
